Access to premium content will expire 1 week after the final exam date (as per the university exam schedule) in the semester the purchase was made. For extended access due to exam deferral, you must e-mail us through the contact form available with a request for extension BEFORE the account expires. Extensions will be granted on a case by case basis and only a single extension is possible. If an account expires, an extension is not possible.
